Mobile Tire Pro

Created an innovative platform that brings expert tire installation services directly to customers' doorsteps, eliminating the hassle of visiting a tire shop. At Mobile Tire Pro, they are committed to providing a seamless and stress-free experience, ensuring quality and convenience for their clients.

With a focus on saving valuable time and hassle, Mobile Tire Pro offers a mobile service that includes all the tools and equipment found in big car shops but delivered directly to the customer. This approach allows customers to focus on what matters most in their busy lives while receiving top-notch tire maintenance. This project utilizes Square Payments for secure and easy payment processing, features user authentication with both standard and Google options, and includes a convenient appointment bookings feature for scheduling tire installation services.

Hampshire Pharmacy

Created an innovative platform features a user-friendly lookup tool designed to swiftly identify affordable generic alternatives to brand-name medications. With just a few clicks, you can access cost-effective options without compromising quality or efficacy. At Hampshire Pharmacy, they believe everyone deserves access to affordable healthcare solutions, and they were committed to making that a new normal for our valued customers and I was able to deliver a result.

As a trusted community pharmacy, they were bringing their personalized care online. Fed up with the current state of healthcare, the folks at HampshireRX are on a mission to change the game.

Alpha Circuit

I led a project to redesign and develop an enterprise website for a PCB company. We modernized the site, improved user experience, and highlighted the company's industry expertise, enhancing their online presence.

The goal of this project was to propel the Alpha Circuit website into the modern era. The enterprise owner sought a contemporary, content-rich website. The previous version, created by an overseas third party, relied on outdated technologies (e.g., jQuery, Bootstrap, WordPress plugins) and legacy web hosting providers. With recent advancements and company growth, an upgrade was imperative.

Parkway

Parkway is a website brought to you by people who know and love the outdoors and want to share the beauty that is the national park service in this country.

Our mission is to provide quick and simplified access to park information and to expand the reaches of the National Park Service (NPS), so that more people can experience the and explore these historic parks with their family and friends.

Parkway was an idea that four students at Columbia College Chicago set out to build whilst using the NPS API and other supplemental API's to provide accurate and visually appealing and helpful information to regular park enthusiasts.

VEER

We were tasked to research and work to create solutions to aid voter accessibility in America. Beginning project discussions were focused on large gaps and disparities between different districts of America for voters. We had to acknowledge the clear sensitivity around voting Americans possess.

Kin + Carta planted the first seed of this project with a month-long remote workshop. They collaborated with 206 participants which birthed numerous suggestions regarding the election process.

As one of the UX Researchers on the team I was in charge of finalizing which research topics we would continue to explore to find more information and insights into the typical behavior of our intended audience. Part of the goal for this project was to assess the journey of a voter from start to finish. We needed to find the pain points and analyze which parts of the user journey map we wanted to pivot off of.
